New Client Visit: Diet assessment and initial plan.
What are your nutrition concerns? Goals? In this session we’ll figure that out. Your 3-day food log (which you’ll fill out in advance) will clue us into your current eating pattern—we’ll see what’s working for you and what isn’t. You’ll leave the appointment with a specific eating plan for the upcoming week.
Follow-up sessions: Tweaking, refining, and problem-solving.
What worked for you last week? What didn’t? We’ll tweak the plan, and then build on it, so you stay on track to meet your nutrition goals with food you love to eat.
Couples or Group Sessions: Come in with your spouse, partner, roommate or friend, or in groups of 3 to 8.
Live together? Let's develop a food plan for the household! For larger groups, interactive workshops work best--we can pick a topic (such as weight loss, foods for the brain, midlife nutrition, and others).
Insurance and Payment
While I don't take insurance, I will help you get reimbursed by giving you a document you can use to file a claim with your insurance company. You can pay me by check or cash (I will soon be taking credit cards!) at each visit.
